Hi, I have paid my latest o2 bill but got an email saying it’s not been paid. On the website it says paid for this month so not sure what is going on.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
