Hi everyone I just hope someone can answer my question as searching for it on 02 app/ website is impossible!
I have an 02 refresh 5gb contract and have been with 02 for about 20 years.
I have lost my phone does my 02 refresh contract include loss insurance as it says some 02 refresh contracts do but I just cannot find out if that is applicable on mine ???

If you check My O2 any insurance will be shown as a bolt on
Other than that you will have to contact O2

@Emma1948 You need to report the phone as lost so O2 can send you a new sim: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
