O2 have been useless after sending my phone for warranty repair
I've had no phone for over a month and nobody seems to want to deal with the situation
I've had countless phone calls to customer service
I have been put on hold and cut off numerous times!
I have to repeat myself again and again and again and again
I've been unable to speak to any sort of manager or person of authority who can actaully do something which is ridiculous
I am now due to go on holiday with NO phone which is causing me to be stressed
This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life
I'm completely fed up, and I want to leave O2 now, but I can't, because they have my phone and they can't find or track the replacement!!
Why is it so difficult to ask to speak to some kind of manager or for somebody to call me? I have never experienced this anywhere else and it's not fair on the customer's who need genuine help at all!

Get a cheap phone from the likes of Amazon or Argos
You can use your sim in that until O2 actually find your phone and at least you won't be without a phone for your holiday
Or see if a family member has an old phone in the back of a drawer

I get that, but the reality is, I shouldn't have to
They have been a number of failures at every step and O2 should have accepted that, and simply sent me a new handset due to this
But it's so difficult to get somebody to take ownership of a problem and rectify and near on impossible to speak to any person of authority
I have no choice but to purcahse a handset from somewhere today which I expect O2 to reimburse me for

@AndroidGF You can lodge a formal complaint, but be aware that the response time is, we are told, eight weeks: How to Complain | Help | O2
You can also be reasonably certain that O2 won't reimburse you if you buy another phone, but by all means ask for it.
