a week ago ordered a new phone upgrade said next day delivery it's been over a week now keep getting fobbed off by 02 saying warehouse problem bit since found out this problem has been going on for a long while now absolutely had enough chasing them each day think its time we took some action @martinlewis consumer rights citizens advice enough is enough
