Unable to send SMS or call certain numbers

I’m currently unable to send SMS messages but or call certain numbers.

I can call my partner who is on Vodafone, some but not all o2 numbers and no 0345 type numbers including o2 themselves, even if I call 202. 

I’m using an iPhone 16 pro max which I’ve reset countless times to no avail, WiFi calling doesn’t make any difference and I can still use mobile data as normal.

o2 have raised a service ticket but I’ve been told I have to wait 7 days (no surprises there) but I need to use my phone for work, has anybody else had a similar issue?
