Wifi calling

I have Iphone SE 2020 and I would like to switch on the Wi-Fi Calling. When I go to the settings and try to switch it on, it tells me to do it on the O2 website. On the website it says I can switch it on under ”my devices” which is something I can’t find. I really don’t want to spend half a day waiting to talk to O2 customer service people. Could you guys help? Could it be that Wi-Fi Calling works on the older SE but not in the newer model?

No it should work on that phone.
First you need to contact customer services to enable it on your account.
Once that is done (wait 24hours) you can enable it in your My o2, and then on your phone.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

You will need to speak to customer services to have it enabled.

(i think its about time o2 automated this service). or turned it on by default slight_smile

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
