Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? and Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? may help - if it turns out to be a faulty SIM, you will need to either call 202 and request a replacement (resulting in your existing SIM being disabled immediately) or take photo id and head into an O2 shop with your phone, @Kell - it is the only way to get a replacement Physical, plastic, SIM (and O2 and eSIM is not advisable at this time). Good luck.
