Hi,
Our family is all Apple devices users. We are also all on O2. The 'find my phone' feature works perfectly on my and my wife's phone, but works only on WiFi for my daughter. Its does not pick up her location when she is not on WiFi. We ran a diagnostic check at the apple store (twice) and it came up all clear. The apple geniuses told us that the issue might be O2 and their network or filters (as my daughter is not yet 13 yo). I have searched, but could not find on the phone or my O2 app, where and how to turn off the filters, so that my daughter can be found on Find My Phone even when using mobile data.
Can someone help please?

The only thing I know about is age restriction which prevents certain websites etc.
You could try turning it off temporarily to see what happens
