I have got the inclusive travel zone as an automatic bolt on (somehow!)
Does this mean that I can use my normal tariff (including calling home to UK) in countries outside of the EU including - mexico, guatemala, costa rica and colombia as those countries are listed?
If I can't call out of country (ie to UK) can I still use whatsapp to call as it will be done via data?
And how is this different to the travel bolt on which costs £6 per day?
A person in an O2 store told me that I would be limited to 25GB a day but I have since seen that may only be for EU countries and NOT non-EU countries.
Can anyone help?? O2 customer service keeps telling me different answers

You can only call numbers in the country you are in as well to back in the UK, all other countries are charged at the prevailing rates.
If you are a tariff that includes over 25GB you can only use 25GB in the EU, outside data is throttled and there are no limits.
Using whatsapp will only use data, but as I said data will be throttled
It is the same package as the £6 bolton, its just included in your tariff
Have a look at this guide it has all the info you need, including countries included in the Travel inclusive
