Hey @MI5@madasaf1sh@Enlli@Unclebaz

Thanks for waiting on this one 👍

So you do need to have both Virgin Media and O2 services to GUARENTEE that Volt benefits will remain active for the length of your deal.

You must have both a SIM and Broadband Accout live if you are to receive the Volt (supercharged) benefits, even if you don't use the SIM.

 Cancel one and you can lose the other.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not necessarily so.

From the T&C's:

11. You will not be able to unenroll from the benefits of this Offer once they have been activated, unless you decide to cancel both your Eligible O2 Tariff and Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase (or if the Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase registered at your addressed is cancelled by the account holder). Please note you may still be eligible for (and subsequently continue to receive) the benefits if you retain either one of your Eligible O2 Tariff or Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase.

I'd suggest you make contact with O2 via the UK based social media teams to check your eligibility.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Yes, the rules say 'Maybe'. Word amongst the folks on Virgin Media is they are tightening up. There are a few who have lost their speed boost after cancelling O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have heard the same @Enlli that they are starting to remove all volt benefits if you cancel either part, think people have been playing the game and VMo2 are now taking action.

Think I have seen a few posts on reddit about it, already

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Dave-O2

Putting aside the speculation and hearsay, what is the official VMO2 stance on this please?
