I thought I understood that with the receipt that demonstrates at least the purchase it was possible to unlock it.
ebay is checking the situation and offered me a refund in about 10 days, but it's not 100% safe

Reported lost or stolen. Probably an insurance scam. Legally the phone belongs to the insurance company.

@torquato1978 You've posted your name and address to the world by sharing that image. Unless you want to get scammed again I suggest you remove it. Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply to remove the eBay image.

hi, from the date of purchase to the date of blocking more than 4 months have passed, it is definitely a scam but the phone should be considered mine because the scam was probably activated now in the last month, don't you think I could be right?

if i had bought a locked phone i would have understood. but after 4 months you can't cheat the consumer like this, is there a body that can protect these types of activities?
