Just a few days into my billing period, MyO2 says I've burned through my entire 15GB of data for the month, but I haven't done anything unusual and my phone says I've only used 2.5GB in this period. I've seen people reporting a similar issue in the past but with no specific cause identified. Due to the time of day, I can't get through to the support line. Anyone else had this issue recently and been able to resolve it?

If your phone data meter is set to match the amount of data you have in your allowance, and set to zero on the day your bill is issued, I would put it down to a funny with MyO2. Check app and online match, and then check again next week. If you have just upgraded, it will be all over the place for that month, @Gareth7.
