since beginning moved from Virgin, my phone frequently drops off the NETWORK. both voice and data. Sometimes turning off and on work other times it does not. Havre already tried making complaints but no network or phoned off with nothing wrong with the network. Very frustrated now. This problem did not happen until the I was forced to change over.

Network wise nothing has changed as Virgin have been running on O2 for over 6 month.
I would check our guide and if that doesn't help I would be tempted to change the SIM with a propper O2 one.
if you can get to an O2 store with some photo ID they will do it there and then.
