Hello I have bars on my account due to an mistaken unpaid bill. o2 set my monthly bill at £1099 when this was the charge of the phone- my monthly bill is £58!! I have been told by 3 members of the o2 team to ignore this message as they can see I do not owe any money. I have today lost all signal and data. I have spoken to 3 more members of the team who can see my account actually has £90.63 credit- so I have overpaid for a phone I can not use. the suggestion I got was wait until my next bill and it MIGHT sort itself out- so for the next 11 days at least I have no phone- which I have overpaid before. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with how o2 have handled this situation, how can I get actual help and speak to someone higher?
