I can’t pay my bill and they’re systems are being updated so it won’t allow me to make a payment and I now have restrictions on my service what should I do?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
