We have been having reception issues for approx 2 months now and all we are getting is a local mast NG16 is not working. How long are these issues suppose to take before they are repaired. I am trying to run a business where customer calls are constantly getting cut off. We didn't sign up for this kind of coverage.

WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED ????

You can use wifi calling to help.

@AndyMB Just a suggestion, but as you're running a business, maybe you should also have a land line as a backup, rather than relying solely on mobile phone coverage, particularly as you're having coverage issues. Either that or a second mobile number on another network.
