I'm uk based and just arrived in New Zealand.  My plan has Travel Inclusive Zone included but I didn't get the appropriate roaming message when I arrived here - text message I did receive implies I'll be charged so I'm reluctant to enable roaming, which I need.

The only answer then is to Check MyO2

Or contact O2, maybe by social media

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@BillB

It is a generic message that goes out to everyone that lands abroad, but if you have Travel Inclusive via Volt or your Airtime plan , then you shouldn't be charged.

If you have the bolt on in your MyO2 you'll be fine.

Otherwise you need to contact O2.

Thanks but my wife, with same contract (both with Volt benefits) has a different message confirming she won't be charged hence my concern.
