My phone has recently had the screen replaced. When I collected it from the shop the guy told me that I would have to put the SIM back in. However I don’t recall ever taking the SIM out and do not have the SIM. I can’t use my phone at the moment. How do I replace the SIM or if it had an eSIM how do I ‘reset’ it ?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
