Hi,
need urgent help as I’m stuck at airport. My phone connecting to a network but not connecting to data (just says E). I’ve rebooted multiple times, tried to select network manually (won’t connect to any that way), changed my APN to the correct one.
Chat won’t connect me to a support person and I’ve tweeted but no reply. Please help!

Looks like not access to 4G, but that's down to the local networks.
Have you got 4G Calling (Volte) enabled. Not sure if the how Italian networks handle phones that haven't

It says to enable VoLTE i need to go to o2 website and when I try it says access denied. I’m stuck in a loop.

Some things to try:
* Make sure data roaming and mobile data is turned on in your phone's settings.
* Manually search for another network
* If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
* Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
* Contact O2 to see if there are any roaming bars on the account
