My wife and myself have good general reception around Torbay. However at home we both continue to struggle. We are unable to sometimes hear the person who called us or they can't hear us. This has been the case for some time. Two separate phones both with O2. I live next to a primary school and had thought they were using some mobile blocking stuff but I'm aware this is illegal. O2, what can we do other than switching network? My work phone is with Vodafone and I can make and receive calls with no issues. My daughter has a phone with virgin and she can too. Just us!!??

Virgin is now O2 anyway. So coverage should be the same.
Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

That's still the O2 network @Nico123
Her phone must be better at receiving a signal.

Try a 2way SIM-swap if 2 phones on the same network are behaving differently.
Put the working SIM in a non-working phone - what result?
