I have just recently joined o2 on a new device iPhone 15 and sim, however I seem to get poor signal and speeds indoors. I have checked the coverage and network status and no problems show up. I have tried the tips shown on the o2 website however this hasn’t shown any improvements. I have noticed better speeds outdoors, however poor signal in the car. Any advice as I am debating on leaving o2 because of this?

Hi I tried all above, changing to from physical sim to eSIM seem to have solved the problem. However I still have poor signal but at least I am now getting useable speeds.
Thanks

If poor indoor coverage is in one location, then WiFi-calling is a good mitigation. For wide area coverage and performance, you need to choose the best network for your needs.
Test using a PAYG SIM from each potential network for a real-world test.

The one thing coverage maps don't tell you is the quality of the signal, in that you can have full bars and slow data and one bar with blazingly hot speeds.
That's why we always suggest checking an area with different PAYG SIM cards first
