Morning
We have 3 no. O2 mobile phones in our household, and for the last 2 weeks we are experiencing problems with receiving and making phone calls.
Quite often, people try to call our phones, only our phones do not ring and around 30 minutes later we get notifications that we have voicemails.
Sometimes if our phones do ring and we answer, or if we make calls on our phones ourselves, we can be about 1 minute into our calls and the line simply cuts out and we lose who we are talking to.
When looking on the O2 Network Status site, we can see that there is supposedly a 'Data' issue locally in the RH14 area, but no mention of actual phone call problems.
Seeing this is happening on all 3 of our phones, it is obviously an O2 issue, not a phone issue.
This is becoming more and more frustrating especially as 1 phone is a business phone which is used regularly.
Please advise what can be done.
Thanks

Main option to ensure calls would be to make sure you have WiFi Calling enabled

A data fault may impact on 4G calls. Drop down to 3G for now
