Hi All,
Hoping for some help here, I have an S21Ultra 5G, for the past couple of months now I have had intermittent issues with mobile data.
My phone will go from having full 5G to No service in areas where I know there is a full 5G signal with a mast a short distance away.
Multiple resets and switching data off and on again seems to do nothing, I have also tried the mobile settings reset within the settings menu and no joy.
The device does seem to have a hotspot on the back near the camera, when I am having this issue.
Does anyone have any advice?

Also run a diagnostic in the Samsung Members App
