Im the past 4 weeks especially, I have no signal to make or recieve calls and if I do get through I can not hear anyone or visa versa. Ive tried all the steps on the website to help but nothing works.

I would suggest you call into your nearest O2 store with photo ID and get the sim card repleced

They can then see if it's a network issue or a device issue
