I've just switched from an iphone 13 to iphone 16 and everything transferred over okay, but I'm not getting my Outlook emails coming through and I have to keep going onto GMail. Any ideas please/

Delete and reinstall the Outlook app.

Why not just use the Apple Mail Client, so much easier and better now than Outlook or Gmail...

 

Also to add the Apple transfer tool doesnt like Outlook so just remove the account and add it back in.. no need to uninstall Outlook.
