I got my sim swapped in store last week. I was told it would begin working within 24hours. I got the confirmation message instantly. It has almost been a week and it is not worked. I have no signal at all. I am paying for a sim that doesn't work at all.

I have rebooted and reset my iphone multiple times. I have tried a working sim in my phone successfully and this sim in another phone and it did not work at all.

@BobDonaldsonn Did you ever get this resolved? I’m unable to get a number bar removed and it’s looking like I’ll have to change provider to get back up and running.

This might help :-

Guide: O2 BARs

Have you tried contacting O2's social media team using the details set-out above by @MI5 ? The social media team have a good reputation and just might be able to resolve your problem. 👍

If they do not respond immediately, ping them occasional reminders ; it is said that they typically respond in a couple of days.
