My mobile data isn't working. When I insert my sim it says "emergency calls only" however the phone works fine receiving calls etc... its just I can't connect to my mobile data. I think the sim card is related but don't know how to figure it out.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
