I reported on Thursday that I am not receiving any text although I can send them. The problem was escalated to the network people but I have heard nothing. I am concerned that I could miss docto/ hospital messages. Is there anyway get in touch with the network people as I can't get past the help desk?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You can't contact network services unfortunately

O2

have spent a month failing to resolve my problem! In view of failure to provide service can I terminate contract and find a provider who can provide full service?

Sorry to hear the O2 Social Media Team were unable to help you out. Info in this

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract will help you if you are on a contract with O2, @peterives - and https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain here, if you need to let O2 know how they have not met your expectations.

Re another provider, get hold of the new provider's PAYG product first, just to see if service where you need it meets your requirements - before signing up to a contract with that provider.

Good luck!
