Solved: Stac code

Got a stac code from Vodafone, agents on Facebook are useless and don’t reply, and the ask the agent option in the o2 app cuts me off straight away, I also can’t call as I suffer badly with anxiety and can’t call them, can anyone give me advice on what I can do?

Nothing will be happening as a STAC just cancels your old contract.

Your new contract will then have a new number.

If you wanted to keep your old number, you should have got a PAC.
