Hi
The SIM card may be degrading as it often loses connection with the network. I've cleaned it and re inserted it and seems less problematic. Can I order a new SIM card on my current tariff?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
You can also pop into any O2 store, but take photo ID with you.
