Deleting MyO2 Account

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to delete O2 account? I left O2 and switched to a different provider but my online account still exists. There is no number under it as I ported my number. Any help would be appreciated

o2 cant delete your full account, as it is required for audit, compliance and regulatory purposes, but you can find out all the information on what they can and wont delete here https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy

can i just delete the things that i can legally delete? i don't find me having an account with o2 beneficial as I am no longer with them. i understand that they can't delete my full account but can they delete some of it?
