My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G shows connected to 4g but no internet connection. I have powered phone down and restarted. Tried switching Flight mode on and off. Reset network settings. Switched off 5g. Checked latest software update and all to no avail. I am with O2 Pay monthly and checked their website but no obvious problems arising. This has been a problem for several days. Wifi reception is no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Try swapping sim cards with your husband and see if the issue is with the phone or sim @Grymauch

Many thanks for your reply MI5. Have checked all the info you provided. The Service status shows problems with my local mast which is being worked on. I have registered for an update when fixed. However, my husband's phone, also a Samsung, is having no problems connecting. I also had the same problem in a different area today with a different mast.
