@Rocshelle If you read the Terms & Conditions of your contract you will find that O2, just like every other network does not guarantee 100% uptime, and technical issues that are unforeseen sometimes happen. O2 will sometimes offer a goodwill gesture of a little compensation, but that's not a certainty either.

In the meantime, while the issue is being sorted, use WiFi calling: WiFi and 4G Calling: Everything You Need To Know

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

This app is worth a look @Rocshelle ; it gives you warning of planned maintenance too :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode
- test your network speeds
- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.
