I'm getting multiple calls a week from 'O2' badgering me about upgrades. The calls are always from different numbers with their locations showing from various cities around the UK. The call is 'backed up' with a txt asking me to contact them. It's getting out of hand. Have I got to leave O2 to sort this problem?

Cheers

Unfortunately it's spammers who have got hold of your number. Little O2 can do about this.

If you move to another network and take your number there is a good chance the calls will follow you.

You can have a change of number free if it is a problem

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
