I live in KY11 area. The mast nearby has been faulty for 3 months. When will it be repaired? I can't make or receive calls from my house! Thanks

Please remove your post code from this post (or shorten it to the first half), as people can find enough information from it to scam you or impersonate you.

O2 wont give any timescales, as it depends on various factors, including access to the mast, local council restrictions and more.

Have you enabled WiFi Calling at all, this will enable you to make and receive calls using your home broadband.
