All my incoming calls have recently changed such that the caller id is unknown. Has O2 changed my settings somehow. I am on a Motorola 84 5g.
I don't know how to access settings on the O2 account site.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

You need to ask for the CLI presentation bolt on to be added to your account.

We wouldn't know if any settings have been changed @GT9
What we can say is that there is an issue with caller ID not being shown, to the point where o2 have introduced a bolt on you can get added to try and resolve this.
