Just installed my replacement sim and it keeps coming up with unknown number.
Any ideas?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.

O2 replacement physical sims do not carry an embedded phone number.
You will need to manually enter your number in to any phone settings that require it.
