Hi can anyone help. Our Business contract ended on 7th April. 3 of the phone numbers where to migrate onto our consumer sims. Requested on the 7th. It's now the 11th and the numbers haven't migrated and the Business contract can't end until it does. I called them yesterday they said it was pending but she would ensure the migration would happen yesterday. But no both numbers are still live and no migration has taken place. Literally stayed with o2 thinking it would be an easy transfer. I am going to incur more costs due to the length of time it's taking its ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced this and give some advice please.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2 has the ways - although it talks only to moving to Business from Pay Monthly and not t'other way 🤔
