Bank cannot connect to my phone

My bank have been unable to connect to my number and call me back with security confirmation. After two tries I am now locked out so I'm unable to transfer money. I have been with this bank for decades so they have all the correct details. I have switched the phone off and on and cleared the phone cache but nothing changed. Could there still be blocked numbers in the phone? 

My phone is an Android Google Pixel 5

I would check in the blocked numbers list in the phone app, click on the 3 dots in the top right.. 

 

If they still cant connect then check there are no outstanding bills etc, and get the bank to check with their call / sms provider

Possible that you have inadvertently blocked the number. 

Check blocked numbers in your phone dialer application.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
