Hi my 5G doesn’t work I’m always stuck on 4G I’m not sure if maybe this sim isn’t 5G compatible maybe

You can replace the sim card instore. Take photo ID

Are you in a 5G area and have a 5G equipped phone?

Sim card should start with the numbers 5G....

Is 5G selected in your network type?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you are on pay as you go then you also won't get 5G...
