4G+ issues

I'm hoping someone can help. My 4G connection keeps changing to 4G+ and when it does my connection speed drops to a very slow speed (less than 1mbps) or has no connection at all. This is continuously rendering my 4g connection unusable. I'm using a Galaxy S10, and it is the 2nd unit of this model that I've experienced this issue with. Any advice or help would be great.

I'm not sure what network modes you have on your S10 but if you have LTE-A, 4.5G or 4G Advanced, you can turn them off to just use 4G,
