02 app shows oops something went wrong message. Deleted app a downloaded again. Still the same message. In 02 account online shows that there are no products or services. Phoned 202 yesterday still the same. Stupid virtual assistant wants to take you to the 02 app to speak to advisor. Eh sorry bot but I can’t get into the app. Contract up in February don’t think I will stick around after

Yes I do know that and already have still no joy. I’m not on any social media. Been with 02 for years payg and contract but when this one is up in February I’m off it’s a total joke of a company now
