pay+go go no extra allowance/reward?

Hi,I have been on the pay+go go for 3 months now and topped up well before the anniversary date so the £10 is taken automatically.

I was told by an O2 customer service that the tarrif i am on will treble once i have been with O2 for 3 months and then more at 6 months etc..But i have just checked my allowance which is 500 text,100mb web data,75 min talk time all for £10 a month which i am fine with that deal as i am a very light user and i am mostly using my phone via wifi.

The extra or should i say treble the allowance at 3 months is very good but mine has not change from the standard allowance and was looking forward to the 3rd month.Has anyone been automatically increased with there allowance at 3 months?

Sorry i mean't double your allowance on the 3rd month then double again on 6th month etc...

Does the allowance automatically double on the 3rd month or do i have to activate it to go the extra allowance and if so how??

It should be automatic you may have to call customer services to ask why it has not activated.

But the t&C say this

After being on Pay & Go Go Go for three months, you'll get a double allowance of either:

1. 150 minutes, 1000 texts, and 200MB of data for £10 as long as you've topped up at least £20 in the last three months;

so the double is at start of month 4 not start of month 3 and start of month 7 not 6

Hi Thanks very much for your reply I fully understand that it is automatic and its on the 4th month the allowance doubles but i have just checked my top up history and i have made 4 £10's which is 10 a month so i have been with O2 4 months and my allowance has not doubled?????? I am going to wait and pay another £10 before my next anniversary date and if nothing changes i shall definately phone O2 customer service and see whats going on.

The tariff i am on with O2 was advertised on tv and i jumped on it due to being a light user of my phone and mainly use wifi i liked the idea of the allowance doubling which then would encourage me to talk more LOL on the phone to start using the talk time oppose to texting all the time.

So far i have been very happy with the £10 a month tariff and hopefully i will get the allowance sorted out
