switched to o2 yesterday from virgin phone saying i have an invalid sim

You will need to get a new sim, you have 2 options: 

 

1. Go into an o2 shop with photo ID and obtain a new sim card

2. Call customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 and they can post one out to you.  

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
