I’ve been trying in vain to get my aging Motorola G6 to ring longer before going to voicemail, (to 25 or 30 seconds) but all the MMI codes I’ve tried fail.

This must be one of the most asked questions but I still cannot get it resolved

Connection problem or invalid MMI code” is all I get.

This is what I have dialled

**61*901*11*30# [send] … same result.

I’ve even contacted Motorola/Lenovo who say it’s a carrier related issue… over to you O2

Anyone, please?

@T-squared

You can do it in your MyO2.

Call divert settings.

Fantastic.  Thank you.

Following your advice and going to My O2 I was able to lengthen the numver of ring period up to 40 seconds.

However, using the **61*901*11*30# code from my phone still fails every time.

I note that if I had wifi calling enabled it may prevent the MMI code from working.  I could not find any link to wifi calling anywhere on my phone.

But thanks again and best regards.
