Hi there, not sure if I have posted in the right place,
Anyway, I have an iPhone 5c and was on pay as you go simplicity until yesterday when I upgraded to a 12 monthly contract simplicity sim deal.
I had to do a sim swap and since then all seems to have gone to plan, however, I now only have Calls, Messages only, I don't seem to have any Data. I checked the setting and all seems fine.
I have also turned my iPhone on an off.
Any help or advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

Well guys I just called O2 and yes that was the problem, I didn't have the iPhone Bolt on. All sorted now as it's been changed over... should be up and running from midnight.

Yes I have checked my account and it show that my account is active and have calls, messages and data.

If your apn settings are fine via looking in the settings and o2 confirm your on the right ones too then , Reset the iphone by pressing the top button and home button until the apple logo appears and let go.
And or
settings, general, reset, reset network settings.
Also check your service status to ensure your masts are ok by inputting your postcode.

Settings are set up correctly going by what I have read on O2
2020 won't send settings anyway to the iPhone as it is set up automatically but does give an option to download settings via wifi... I don't have wifi.
