hi, my contract has recently expired, due to the fact that I do not want pay monthly service, I would like to cancel the continuation of my contract and go on pay as you go. @casper call customer service on 202 and ask to migrate to PAYG. They will process the change and send you a new SIM card which you must use. Once you activate this new SIM, your contract will end immediately and your final bill will be generated. Remember to pay this final bill to avoid and issues with your credit rating in the future.
