being charged twice for pay as you go

after setting up my pay and go o2 on £10 a month 

 it seems o2 have taken £20 out of my account 

tryed web chat but it doesnt work and no one answers the phone and paying 25 p a minute so they can sort there ****** up out seems a bit to much

There is always a £10 charge when you first register a card which goes onto the phone as credit.
I guess you then topped up again?
Try live chat if you want a refund and don't want to call.

Looks like they have put you on a £20 bundle. I would call them if you have enough credit but depending on your tariff it may be free.
