@Addicks11

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Did you select the Upgrade option on Uswitch when selecting your SIMO?

If not, you will need to talk to O2 to about it: Guide: Migration & porting into O2

All contact methods for O2 given above.

And I would strongly recommend switching from eSIM to plastic SIM if staying with O2 - their awkward processes make upgrading to a new handset in eSIM with MyO2 and OTP an exercise in futility, @Addicks11.
