Where is my deposit

Hello when I applied to get my iPhone 14 pro max I have been told that I have to pay £250 as deposit for 2 months only and you will keep hold on it for two months if I’m paying my monthly bill without delay you will pay me back this money now it’s been over three months and I’m always pay in time I haven’t heard anything about this money yet I want them back as we agreed

The deposit is returned in your 4th bill after taking out the contract, if your first three months' payments were made on time and in full, @Melabd1985

What is a deposit refund and how does it work?

We may need to take a deposit from you when you buy a device from us. If you make your first three monthly payments in full and on time, we’ll automatically transfer the deposit to your airtime billing account in the fourth month.

This credit can remain on your airtime account and be used to pay your monthly airtime bills until it’s been used up. You’ll still need to pay for your Device Plan during this time.
